Step through the front door into the Victorian tiled hallway with rooms either side.
To the right you will find the comfortable living room with two settees, two arm chairs and a coal affect gas burner to keep you cozy and warm.
To the left you will enter an elegant dining room where you can enjoy fantastic meals and talk for hours about the days adventures.
At the end of the hallway you will find a well equipped kitchen with breakfast table and French doors leading onto the ground floor enclosed patio.
Up stairs you’ll find three bedrooms one with ensuite and a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower
Bedroom one has a Kingsize bed and a large bay window where you can sit and see views over the ancient town of Fowey and river below.
Bedroom two also has a Kingsize bed and views over the town and river but also offers an ensuite shower room.
Bedroom three has a single bed with French doors that lead onto the top patio garden.
The pretty top patio garden, with wooden garden furniture and garden room can also reached by metal stairs from the ground floor patio.
Children should be supervised at all times on the stairs and upper patio gardens.
No.4 has the advantage of being able to pull up outside the property to unload before taking your car to the town car park, located on Hanson Drive, just a few minutes away.
