Penleath is a beautiful three bedroom double fronted town house, with amazing river views, right in the centre of the historic harbour town of Fowey.
Walk in through the front door into the open plan hallway and you will find a lovely snug with river views to your left and the well equipped kitchen/diner to your right.
Venture upstairs past the large stain glass window and you will discover two bedrooms, a family shower room and the sitting room. Walk into the sitting room and you will be struck by the fantastic views from the balcony, where you can sit and enjoy all the comings and goings on the river. Bedroom one has a kingsize size bed with views across the river while bedroom two has twin beds.
Continue up the stairs and you will find the large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. This bedroom, with seating area and river views, takes up the entire top floor, while the large bathroom has a shower over the bath.
Being in the center of town, Penleath is only a short walk from the many pubs restaurants and shops that Fowey has to offer.
Readymoney Beach, which is just a fifteen walk away, is perfect to spend the day with a picnic, building sand castles, playing boules and swimming to the floating platform to sunbath.
Or you could take a boat up river for the day, spending time kayaking, exploring areas you can’t always get to by road. Then there are the many walks in and around Fowey, the Hall Walk, the coastal path, or across to Polkerris and Lantic Bay.
