Little In Sight is a wonderful quirky Grade II listed cottage, nestled under the walls of Place House, tucked amongst the narrow back streets of old Fowey. This lovely traditional Cornish cottage painted in light pink is perfectly placed for all the shops, restaurants, pubs and galleries.
It is an ideal retreat to enjoy a family holiday.
Walk in through the front door into a hall, which leads through to the downstairs twin bedroom, utility and shower room, which houses the washing machine, dryer and table top freezer.
Continue up the stairs and you’ll find two more bedrooms. The Master bedroom with double bed, a smaller bedroom with a single bed and pull out trundle bed, perfect for children. The large family bathroom with bath and over shower is also on this floor.
Up the stairs to the open plan living room, and fully equipped kitchen with large exposed beams giving the room a lovely lofty feel.
Up a few more steps to the galleried dining area with seating for 6 people. French doors lead out to an enchanting English garden, backed by the turreted walls of Place House.
The views from the substantial sloping south facing garden is the unique feature of Little in Sight. Large cottage garden borders lead to different terraced areas where you can sit and watch over the roof tops of old Fowey, the Church Spire and the Harbour. You will need to be careful on the Patio area as there is a small drop to the next level of the garden, but another perfect spot to enjoy some outdoor family living.
