Fowey Cottages are about 2 miles outside Fowey, close to the village of Golant with Pub, restaurant and church. The houses are about another mile, as the crow flies, from a fishing village called Polkerris with a great beach and pub.

We are also close to the Eden Project, Lostwithiel full of Antique shops and Restormel Castle. Then there is the South coast with tiny coves, Readymoney in Fowey, Pridmouth, Lansallos with a water fall, and Lantic bay which you can get to by walking over the cliffs.

Then there is Bodmin Moor and the Beaches on the north coast with Newquey town beach, Fristral where the surfing championships are held and of course the lovely Watergate bay, These beaches are long and sandy, where the tide goes out for miles.
