Trevor and Suzanne fell madly in love with three ancient farm buildings set in a medieval farming hamlet which time had forgotten. No water, electricity or even a proper road. These buildings are of such great interest that several archaeological investigations were made on the site.

Now completely renovated with a mixture of antique and contemporary furniture, the Luxury holiday cottages offer the perfect retreat to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Yet we are only a stones throw away from the coast, Fowey Harbour and the restaurants of Fowey.

Each of the three houses at Little Pinnock offer perfect self-catering accommodation with there own private gardens, lawns and space for you to enjoy, or kids to play.

What makes Fowey Cottages so special for your holiday, is that you are not only restricted to your own garden but can enjoy the rest of the 12.5 acre grounds. We even have families hiring all three houses for larger occasions and, as they have the entire place to themselves, land their helicopter in the large field.

The rural setting and woods are the perfect place for kids to be kids. They can build dens, play in the small stream and have their own Cornish adventure.

For those who are somewhat quieter you may be fortunate enough to see wild dear and badger or watch Kestrels hover lazily above. We have often sat at the edge of the woods in the evening with a gin and tonic and watched the badgers at play.

For dog owners it is paradise. We have cleared pathways and interesting walks through the woods and around the large field so your dog can have all the exercise it needs without leaving the grounds.

For the more adventurous there is sailing, canoeing or simply walking along the Fowey River. Golf, the Eden Project and everything Cornwall has to offer.
